Ticking Noise after replacing Head Gaskets 4.7l

I just bought a 2007 Ram 4.7l that has just had the head gaskets replaced and there is a ticking noise that sounds like it's coming from the timimg chain area (I think). It does not make the noise at idle although it does run a little rough.
As the rpm is raised it starts tick pretty loud. It does not sound like a rod. The truck has 175k miles
any Help Please.

Did you change the timing chain tensioners?
