ticking noise

My ram has a ticking noise going on , im assuming from the engine. After i changed my oil a few days ago it seems to of gotten louder/worse. Is it bad news? Or is it not a big deal?

When do you hear it? Could very well be the infamous HEMI tick... which is nothing to worry about. 99% of them do it

My 07' had the HEMI tick on start up, but it slowly went away when warmed up. I change the oil to Mobile 1 Synthetic 5W20 oil, and after running that for a 100 miles, I no longer hear the tick sound.
