Tierod end recall again?

I've had my 06 since 2010 and it seems every 8 to 12 months I get advised my tierod ends are recalled and need to be changed... am I being screwed around on Chrysler's dime or have they really been recalled that often?? I've never had death wobble and I stress whenever I get parts changed down there. Should my alignment shop have seen this before the last alignment? I'm expecting I'll need an alignment after they replace the tre which I doubt they'll pay for.
