I was wondering if anyone has timing advise for a 4th gen ram with a e85 conversion kit for optimal performance?

When running E85 you can advance/increase the timing quite a bit as long as you have the fuel system/pump capacity to handle it. E85 requires a significant amount of fuel to be added in the tune and you have to verify that your fuel system can handle it by watching your injector duty cycle.

You're leaving alot out, what all is done to the truck, and what fuel system do have from pump to injectors, and what temps are we talking about.E85 will never start as good as gas does,as it doesn't have the btu's to be a good fuel to use in temps under 50 degrees,as it doesn't start worth crap in the cold

Any update on this situation of mine ?
Are you doing the tuning yourself with Diablo's CMR tuning or is someone else tuning the truck for you?

Are you using a stock camshaft and cylinder heads?

What brand are the fuel injectors?

What spark plugs are in it and what is the plug gap?

I see the injector flow numbers you posted are for stock 5.7 HEMI fuel injectors. You probably won't be able to push as much E85 through this thing as you would like with stock injectors and a stock fuel pump.

Do you have a wideband O2 installed?

What is your injector duty cycle currently when you're logging the tune?

E85 tune sounds like an unusually bad idea to me. I know Sheetz sells it but it requires 10 or 15% more E85 to deliver the equavalent energy in regular 87 octane.
So why bother?

If you haven't been around E85 and tuning before it makes your thinking understandable. It does take a considerable amount of E85 but with that extra fuel you can make a significant amount of power. E85 allows the tuner to increase the total timing to go along with the added fuel and E85 provides a cooling effect in the cylinders because of the alcohol content.
