Hey folks,
Having some issues finding the right parts for my 2012 1500 5.7. The trans coolant lines seem to be leaking at the transition from hard line to rubber and then back to hard line. I have searched the forum a few times but not a bunch of info. I also cant seem to find the parts on rockauto.com

Anyone had to replace these? any advise would be much appreciated.

I did mine on my old 2010 2yrs ago...its a ***** to get them in...and out ..

55056859AA should be part number

Run the line from the top of the transmission from under the truck and the lower line smaller one from the top down also might want to take off oil filter it helped a lot and remove the plastic caps that you'll see by the cooler and remove spring loaded clips don't lose them you'll need them

If you never want to do them again pull the old lines off and take them to a high pressure hose shop. They will replace the rubber section with hose that will outlast your truck and it will be about the same price as buying new lines.

We had a Chevy Blazer with the OEM remote oil filter and the rubber section of those oil cooler lines lasted about a year or two before they would start to leak. The cold kills them. After replacing them 3 times I had the above done and never touched them again.
