Trans temp not working on Bully Dog

well as the title says my trans temp was not working today or yesterday i have been helping my aunt move and i have driven to corpus cristi 3 times in the last 2 days and the whole time i was driving my tuner was saying my trans temp was 2 degrees F

So, at one time it was working and now it's not? If it were me I'd be contacting BD, seems they're the only people that can help you.

Did you do an update? My trans temp was working then I did an update and it would show 2 all the time. I contacted BD and he gave me the most current update and now it works fine. The update they have on the website is not current.
