Trinity Data Logging download issues...

So got my Hemi Fever tune, which is amazing, and did a bit of data logging to send back to Sean for some tweaking. Dataviewer will not download the logs. I get multiple error messages that say "Sorry-Unknown problem occured". WTF? Anyone have some insight or maybe how you go about getting your logs.

I have to say I am super unimpressed by Diablo Sports product quality. Quite honestly the tuner feels like a cheap plastic piece of junk, the package it came in was a joke, the touch screen is slow and cheap and the lack of support (expecially in a timely manor) is ridiculous. My Garmin Nav works and feels more legit and it was 1/4 of the price. I think for $599 we should have gotten something better.

That being said, the tune from HemiFever (which to install you need the trinity) is amazing.

Yeah I think it is an issue with the 12s. Thor09 is having the same trouble - he has contacted Diablo and I think they know about the issue now.

I've got an '11 but its gotta be an issue with Dataviewer and how it is communicating with the tuner.

Maybe it's an issue with 11-12s then. When I looked at your profile earlier I thought it said 12.

So I downloaded dataviewer again and noticed it was version 3.3, I had 3.2 installed. Reinstalled and bingo it worked. I can see the data on the charts and everything seems to be good. Hopefully Thor09 sees this and gives it a shot.

Glad everything got straightened out. Started reading this and feared the worse lol. Going to pick up my Trinity from the post office tomorrow and can't wait to get with Sean for a custom tune.

If you can get over the "cheap" feel of the unit and understand that as long as it does what it is supposed to then you will love it. Seans tune really wakes the Hemi up. I can't wait to get my tune tweaked after he looks over the logs and see how much more he was able to squeeze out of it.

On a side note, I noticed you didn't get a glove box light. I didn't either on my 2011 so I ordered one and then they "recalled" the truck because they figured out they never put one in nor did they put in the light under the hood. So sent receipt into Chrysler and got refunded for the glove box light and then they installed the under hood light. Off track but thought it was interested that your 2012 didn't get it either.

I had issues and just loaded it onto an SD card and sent Sean the data that way.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it! My logging issue is slightly different. I can record a log no problem and I can get it to upload onto my computer. The problem is the logs are blank. It acts like there were no PIDs selected.
I've tried a custom selection of parameters and Diablo also said to try logging using a preloaded layout but both are blank.
I'm going to try re-installing my factory tune, trying updating my trinity again and I'll double check what version of DataViewer I have on my computer...

Lo and behold, I also had DataViewer 3.2 instead of 3.3. I loaded a log from my trinity and now alot more items pop up than before. I do a run tomorrow and hopefully it logs correctly.

Just wanted to post an update, once I went to Dataviewer 3.3 and ran an update on my trinity, all the logs are working correctly now. Mike at Diablosport and Sean and Hemifever were both able to see the logs fine now. Thanks for the help!!

Great....Just spent almost a grand at moes and now i find out that my tuner will look like the 9.99 wallmart kids toy on sale..
Nothin against the boyz at moes..oh well to late now and ill just have to deal with it..
Between the tuner,my 87mm tb and the headers (later this yr)and hemi fevers tune (next month or so)this hemi better make my buddys eco boost work them turbos good n hard..im gettin tired of him callem my trk a hampster powered not hemi powered..
