Trouble filling fuel into the gas tank

Ok so long story short I had to replace my fuel sending unit which required dropping the tank.
Now when I go to put fuel in I can only get maybe a 1/3 of a gallon at a time before it shuts off from over filling.

What do I need to bleed or fix in order to remedy this situation??

I'd say check you're vent tube, small line that comes up the outside of you're filler neck. Should be a short piece of rubber hose from top of fuel tank to a small hard line that goes up to top of filler neck. Make sure that's not pinched off.

x2 gotta be the vent tube, follow it all the way back to the evap and take it off make sure air is going all the way through.
