No haven't been able to get to it yet, going to try tomorrow... Well this weekend more likely

So it turns out it was the idler pulley. Job took less than an hour, hardest part was reinstalling the belt. (Getting under the truck definitely helps to reinstall it)
Here's what I did :
Remove the serpentine belt
Remove the idler pulley
Installed new idler pulley
Reinstalled old belt (looked brand new)

Buy one of these for next time you need to do a belt, less than 15 bucks with a 20% off coupon that are on their site too. Works great especially if you work on a transversed mounted engine.
