Truck won't turn over help

Took my dual battery out of my 08 ram 1500 quad, also took my big 3 wiring out.

My truck has power but won't turn over ? And red electrical warning light is on.

It has to be something stupid.. everything is connected.

Help? Thanks

You blew a fuse or the remaining battery is bad? What's the voltage of the battery remaining battery?

My volt meter for cig lighter says 11.8
I even put another battery with jumpers and still nothing

The bolt goes away after waiting a few

I got it thanks for the help, was the ground to the engine block sanded it down
