Trucks turns off

When I'm driving my 2013 dodge ram 1500 my whole dashboard turns off and seems to rest itself don't know why is there a short ??????

The speed odometer and the small screen will turn off then turn back on

Mine has done that a couple times too. 2013 R/T. Let us know if the dealer knows how to fix it. Thx
