U1008 steering wheel controls, heated/cooling seats, exhaust break, not working.

So my 2011 3500 longhorn, steering wheel controls (expect for speed control), heated/cooling seats, exhaust break, 115v outlet all don’t work.

I checked all the fuses and they all seem fine, none are blown. Swapped the relays around, no change, grounds all look good. Wondering if it could be the clock spring or a short somewhere? Got a U1008 code. Any/all help welcomed

Any updates on the problem, my 2011 has some problem just replaced the TIPM. Also did not fix the problem
