I just recently purchased a 2013 RAM 1500 with the 5.7 HEMI and when I tried to register with the Uconnect it keeps telling me service not availible to contact Uconnect. I talked to Uconnect several different times and finally got someone that knows what theyre doing and had me do 3 different resets including a factory reset and still says the same message the Uconnect service not availible. Trying to keep from taking it to the dealer and being charged an arm and a leg to fix it or even check it out. Any help at all would be appreciated.
