Hello I just purchased a 2011 dodge ram 1500 Big Horn. I was wondering if its possible to upgrade my stereo to uconnect 8.4 and get remote start

The 8.4 is not possible but remote start is via third party and possibly via OEM parts (I'm not sure on OEM upgrade).
