Does this look like a lazy o2 sensor or one on the way out? I thought most fail rich or lean.

2014 Ram 1500 5.7 4x4 Express

2000 RPM test

Bank 2/1 reads fine 1/1 seems stuck in the middle.

Thanks

No check engine light. Got what I thought was bad gas the other day, ran two tanks and still hear what sounds like spark knock mid to mid- wide open throttle. When checking long term fuel trim and o2, I noticed the 1/1 sensor seemed off.

Ah ok. Could dump some alcahol in the tank to bring the water to the surface so it can evaporate. Or get some water remover from the parts store or your choice.

Yes, that graphic is displaying an o2 sensor that is going bad. If this just started would recommend not driving until changed out. The excess and erratic fueling can start to damage cat, ect.

Well sensors have been replaced. Idle is fine, but crusing it is stuck in the middle. All wires looked good. No codes.

UPDATE*****
I feel stupid
When using OBDLink MX+ graphing disable "smoothing"

Smoothing I'm assuming averages out the data.

On a good note I did notice the waveforms are tighter and both banks almost mirror each other.

Glad to hear it. Yeah it shouldn't move to much off center as that is stoichiometric (basically right at correct air fuel mixture). When it's jumping all over the place like that it typically means that the truck is getting crazy input and then all over the place trying to adjust back to center.

Glad you got it figured out. I haven't done a lot of graphing with the OBDLink yet. I'm still playing and trying to figure it all out too.
