Decided to take advantage of the nice day.
The kit is designed to reuse the rubber connectors from both ends of the PCV pipe by inserting the black hose connectors in the kit into them and then the new UPR hose.
Couldn't get them off either the TB or PCV valve, had to cut them off. This created the short hose being too short. Also had to file down the barbs on both to get the new UPR hoses on (with some WD40).
Fortunately the longer hose had some slack so I cut it and used a black connector to 'splice' it to the short hose and all is well.
I also chased the threads with the bolt before mounting up, and used a lockwasher between the head & spacers. Took about an hour with filing the barbs on the valve & TB.

I'll check it in a week to see what's going on. It's a quality kit for sure.

I just installed my UPR catch can last week. Those hose barbs are sharp but I didn’t have to file them down. Overall I’m happy with the setup.

I mean the barbs on the PCV valve and throttle body. Hoses went right on the can.

They are hard to get back off the barbs but a little finger muscle and a screw driver and some pulling they come off lol
There was a thread on here about the hoses being crossed at the can as the correct way cause of the filter inside, that can be swapped around and the hoses can stay that way. It still works either way, not sure what the filter does.

Update: So after about 300 miles I got about a tablespoonful out of it.
This is 3-week old Mobil 1 w/Lubegard on a 120k Hemi.
Sad that all those miles this has been burning through the system.

Just installed mine yesterday, will keep an eye on it (granted, not much driving going on right now!)

I bought mine used so the hoses were already the perfect length, saved me some install time.
