Vent wheezing noise

Just picked up 2010 Laramie. I’ve noticed that when the AC is on, there is this settle wheezing noise coming from the passenger side vents. I was wondering if there is an easy fix or do I need to take apart the dashboard to troubleshoot.

Sounds like the in cabin filter. Mine does it for outside air but hardly hear it when doing inside air only.
