I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie 41926 miles with a leak just above the back window that is damaging the roof liner above the rear window on the drivers side. My dealership told me it is not covered by the Mopar extended warranty because they consider it a wear item. I don’t use the back window at all so there is nothing that could be getting worn. I have read that others are having similar problems so it appears that it could be a known issue. The dealership said it would cost $1000 to replace the window seals on the rear window. I am hoping the Mopar customer service team steps up and offers to cover this. They are usually pretty good.

There is a very good chance that your 3rd Brake Light gasket has flattened out.
Rams way of fixing it, is to apply a thin bead of Silicone over the gasket.

Watch a could of Youtube videos on the subject.
Also if the rubber that covers the roofs seams is lifting right where it meets the window seal, put a dab of silicone under it, to hold it down

Some of the Youtube videos also show how to attempt to remove the stain in the overhead material
