yea I press it and nothing happens but it flashes every now and then but seen no pattern... and my dads truck is the same and doesn't have that and he has bluetooth

Definitely looks like aftermarket bluetooth. Did you buy the truck used? Follow the wire from to switch, it should lead to some type of control box. Check for model # on control box and Google for manual.

OMG!!!! You found the remote backdoor for the U-Connect hackers... JK hopefully not, but that doesn't look factory.
