I went out looking for a new 14 sport CC and at least in my area the dealers aren't dropping much if any off msrp. One said its a great time to buy and could for 50k the msrp on that truck was 51760. I'm use to getting around 10k off. The guy I usually buy from just said rebates pretty much suck right now and didn't try to sell me anything. Is this the same everywhere right now? I know ram has different incentives or rebates for different areas each month but this seams weird when 15's are coming out

My msrp was 64K, I paid 52K tax in but because I bought it though my company I got the tax back. Only paid 46K for it! The dealer gave me 18K off MSRP

that's odd that they aren't advertising larger discounts in your area. when I bought mine, they were advertising $8K which they honored no questions asked, then negotiated for around $2K more off sticker and $2K more for trade value. This was about 1.5 months ago. Now the dealers near me are advertising $10K off sticker. This is for Sports/Big Horns/Laramies primarily, discounts for base levels are slightly less.

I just got my 14' Sport CC a few months back and I was able to get it for about 10k off msrp. Sticker on the truck was like 45k and after the extended warranty and gap insurance I was out the door for 36k and mine is pretty loaded as far as the sport goes, but it is 4x2 and doesn't have leather.

My intent is to keep my ram a long time, but I have a bad track record with getting an itch for something new. A guy in my neighborhood had a 2012 QC sport that I loved seeing around, which contributed to me choosing the Ram. A month after I get my CC '14 sport, I see a CC '14 sport in his driveway lol.

Dealer invoice, minus current incentives (stealer ships are still making money off this sale). Hold back of 3% of MSRP is also possible based on inventory and area.

Tread Lightly – Chrysler Affiliate Rewards Program

If you think dealerships make money on Hold back your incorrect.
Hold back pays for Fixed operating costs. Never have I ever seen a dealer count hold back as profit.

Sorry for the miscommunication. A sale on dealer invoice pricing dealerships are still making money.

Chrysler's not to given to us people in the Northeast as far as incentives go. I noticed other parts of the country & Canada were getting three times the incentives through most of 2014. Kinda sucks don't it?

It's weird every time I buy a truck it's always 10k off stick hell I bought my 12 in May of 2012 not exactly end of the year like now and still got 10 off. Now nothing I don't get it. I guess I saved some money I'll just wait now. Maybe I'll start looking again in December always heard December is a slow time for sales.

I can't imagine paying sticker. I had 10 off mine and it's worth what I owe(trade in value)

Also keep in mind what time of year you're buying a truck in upstate NY! Here in Charlotte Ive seen advertised 8k and its definitely given me the itch to get a 2500

Just bought my 2014 2500 Laramie, black appearance group, 6.4. MSRP was $55,305; I paid $45k. Could have saved another $1-2k I think but I would have had to travel and decided for that money I would keep the business local.
