I last filled my tires to 40 psi at an ambient temp of about 65*. With the colder temps, it goes down to 37ish at 30*. We've been having a lot of temp variance lately so on my trip into work the temps are in the upper 50s or so and it goes into the low 30s on the return trip. Once it stabilizes, I'll fill my tires again.

I'm only getting low to mid 13's now that its colder. I have a quick 5 min drive to work that consists of mostly in town with a quick shot on the highway to my exit. Running the tires at 40 psi, I don't drive like a grandpa, but I'm not hot rodding all the time either. If I run on the highway I can usually bring it up quite a bit, but it seems like every time I fire up the truck when its cold it instantly eats .2 MPG on the EVIC until it settles in the 13's

11mpg city on winter blend right now. 4.56 gears at 60 psi on 89 octane. Plus over 7k pounds. If i use my remote start (and i have been, only 3 degrees outside right now) my mpg goes to 10.5.

I'm in Florida so never very cold and never snowy. I've got 4200 miles on mine mostly commute duty. Always right at 16.5 to 17. Did one highway tank and got right at 18.2. All calculated. 2012 Express r/c. Just did first oil change with Mobil 1 looks like it might help a little. Tires at 40 psi.

My 04 CTD gets around 15-16 mpg driving up and down winding mountain roads. If it's all freeway I get around 18-19.

I'm feeling pretty good about my 17 mpg now after reading alot of the post on this thread lol my goal is to get 19 back and forth to work after i have installed the tonneau cover that i ordered and eventually get the efan put on. The thing i love most about my truck is that it gets decent mpg's and it will haul butt when i feel the need.

I"ve been able to do as well as 23mpg but that is going 60mpg on the highway and I drive her like an old man when I am trying to get the best mpg I can. Mixing city and highway I am getting around 19.

19 city!!?? I'd have to see that to believe it!

I got 15 city and 17.5 hwy. But since the cold weather hit and I'm using the car starter it's dropped to 12 city. Not bad for a big ass truck with a 395 HP Hemi in it if you ask me!!

If my main concern when buying a vehicle was mpg, I would have bought a Honda Civic!! Time to stop calculating MPG and drive it like you stole it!!! WOOT !!

I've been tracking it on Fuelly.com and my average over the last 4,400 miles is 13 mpg. :disgust: I did manage to get 16.9 mpg ONE time with all highway miles. Kinda sucks too, I hear all these people talking about getting poor mileage because they drive hard and fast, but I drive 65 mph and don't get on it too often.

BUT, it's still better than the truck I got rid of I guess. It averaged 11 mpg.

EDIT: Tire pressure is at 35 psi
