I had to trim with 37s is all I know.

Yes. 37’s just start getting into the fenders at the factory axle placement. That is why aev’s kit moves the front axle forward 1”.Trimming with 37s even on Power Wagons? If I understand correctly, which maybe I don't, at +18 offset or the factory wheel, the Power Wagon's lift is enough to clear without trimming. If I have to trim for 37s regardless, I might as well get the wheel I want and start cutting.
Im not exactly sure what you mean about the radius arms. 2005-2013 power wagons had 4 control arms, while the ‘14 and up have had the same radius arms ever since.I appreciate all of the advice but I'm just going to venture off into the unknown. I'm seeing a lot of conflicting information between Power Wagons with the radius arms vs. Power Wagons pre-2019 vs. non-Power Wagon Rams. Each of these groups has different suspension setups from the factory so what works for one may not work for another. I ordered the black rhino armory wheels in 17x9.5 with -6mm offset and 37x12.5R17 BFG K02 AT tires because the Toyo geolanders' sidewall looks like a donut. If there is rubbing, I'll start with the Thuren kit which was in the plans anyway. The AEV kit to move the axle is backordered, but if the tires don't fit, I can put the stocks on or park it until more parts arrive. I should probably start shopping for wider fender flares because this will put the edge of the new tire 2" outside of the stocks...
Ooooolala! Looks killer!Sorry for the slow response. TPMS in my area were backordered and then I forgot to buy new lug nuts which cost me another week. A huge thank you to CJC Off Road for their outstanding customer service.
I can confirm that the 17x9.5 +6 Armory Wheels with BFG KO2 AT 37x12.5R17 tires fit with almost no rubbing. There is a very minor rub behind the tire that I've only noticed on the driver's side at 3/4 turn. I haven't had an opportunity to fully articulate the suspension yet, but for a mall crawler, the ride is excellent!
Did you find someone local who bought them? I'll be in the same situation at least for the tires.I sold the factory wheels and tires for $1500
The aev kit for 37’s moves the axle forward 1”. This dosnt center it in the wheel opening persay…just makes 37’s fit without trimming. For the 40” tires and the cut fenders/flares they move it forward 1.5”. What do you mean by you are not sure ram is interested in this?Well...
1. The truck is slow and it feels even slower now. Are there gearing options above a 4.10?
2. I'm assuming this won't help fuel economy.
3. AEV relocates the axel to center of the wheel well better, which would help for 37s. I'm not sure Ram is interested in that engineering and product differentiation.
4. The spare tire area won't fit a 37, so that's a consideration.
I sold the factory wheels and tires for $1500 which means I'm out a total of $1300 for this modification and I'm very happy with that.

I was curious on the 37" tires on the Raptor so looked it up..........wow, $5,250 option for basically going from 35's to 37's.....Yes. Listed on craigslist for $1800 and took the first local offer I had.
My point with the Ram comments was that if they wanted them to come with 37s, they would do what they need to in order to make that happen instead of leaving it to the aftermarket. You can order a Raptor with 37s from the factory now, maybe Ram should consider it. This is not to start a Ram vs. Ford or PW vs. Raptor argument.
