Wheel Well Liner Missing Fixings / Clips?

Could anyone advise whether my 2016 RAM 1500 is missing fixings between the front wheel well liners and fenders? There are quite a few holes which look like they should have additional clips or even bolts, especially towards the front of the liners where they flap around a lot.

When they manufacture the vehicle
They don't use all the holes in the fenders
Several are left off & if you were to install fender flares, you would have the pre-drilled holes to mount to.

I don't know if any store stocks the pins over where you live
Over here in the States, several stores carry them

Thanks for the reply. So, am I correct in understanding that I'm not missing any fixings whatsoever, especially at the front where the liners seem to be fairly loose against the fender?

Regardless, do you know what size fixings fit so that I can source some?

The liners use some push pins and some screws. I bought a kit like "GT" was talking about and have to replace some of the push pins from time to time. I think the new liners are two-piece.
