Who has Color Matched Tail Lights? Show Em!

are they being done over OEM red tails? I think thats what would screw most other colors up.

Yes the black ones were and trick is to get a red not white led tail/brake light and when you hit the brakes its like they are not even tinted

yeah im thinking only black works over the red. any other color I would think would need to be over a aftermarket tail. IMO

wow! I think they are awesome. Hope the light output is good enough. But the white really hides the red better then I thought. Cant wait to see them on the customers truck!

I think it would be hard to hell from pics but in person do you still think it works well as a running/break light? Does the color tint like that kill more of the light then the black?

Its pretty bright.

I took a pic of a PXR level 2 right after this set.

Its honestly not bad!

White...........well, it takes a LOT of coats to cover. White blows for painting anything really.

id add a tailgate light bar just incase but hell I did that with my PXR level 2 tinted LED tails and that really wasent needed just a precaution really.

My friend got in trouble for having his tails like this because of light output, but those are definitely brighter. I can't wait to see them on your truck!

That gave me an idea. Have the stock set painted like that an keep my LEDs, but put the stock white set on when I enter shows... I like it!
