Why I don’t have top view display?

Hi everyone:

Thanks in advance for any help.

One day I just realized that I no longer have my top view showing up on my screen. All cameras are working well just no display for top view.

Please give me some idea thanks.

Probably a software issue. It uses the four cameras to create the fake top view. So if it’s not showing it, it’s not pulling from those four cameras correctly. Did you scroll through the 4 (2 sides, front and rear) and make sure they are all working? Maybe if one is failing it affects the top view.

If all 4 are working, do a reset on your uconnect. Maybe that will fix it.

Did reset on Uconnect unfortunately it didn’t fix top view issue.

Will contact dealer to seek solution.

Yes, all cameras functioning. No top view and no guide line on rear and front camera.

Did you ever find out the solution to this issue? Im just started having the same problem unfortunately.
