i own a 1998 Dodge Ram !500 5.9L V8 Magnum RWD.

i am going to be installing a skyjack 2" poly value spacer lift with nitro shocks. than a 3" body lift (specific kit not picked out yet).

Currently i have the stock 16" rims and stock tire size on the truck. After I do the suspension and body lift i am interested in seeing if a set of 20" rims and 35" tires would fit with no rubbing.

Thoughts and ideas are greatly appreciated.

It will rub. I personally wouldn't put 35's on unless you do a lot of 4-wheeling, it's a 2wd! My gas milage went from 13mpg with stock 3.92 gearing to 7mpg. Not to mention the road noise and lack of handling. I think a leveled truck with 285)75/17's looks really sharp. You do you, don't worry about what other people think.

The mods you want to make will allow you to effectively run a 285/16 tire. I don't know how that translates into a 20 inch rim but a 315/75/16 (which is about 35 inches), will not fit. You could probably stuff it in there, but turning and suspension travel would be very limited

I have 315/75/16 on my 01 2500, they will rub when the steering is cranked all the way over. V10 the mileage is always between 10-11.
