Did you try starting it in neutral. That works on other things I have had. Neutral foot on brake and then start. Hoping I helped.
Sorry man. That's my general go to. For some reason my past vehicles fired up that way. I don't know if it was a lack of brake pressure when I was in drive. Or if the drive gear slipped so it never was in park. But in neutral it was in a more solid gear. Hope you find the devil in the machine.Did not work.
