Currently at 192k miles, will hit 200k soon.

Here is what I'm planning on doing for maintenance at 200k:

New plugs (ngk laser iridium or maybe ruthenium not sure on which)

Pan off transmission service with new filters

Fluids (oil, coolant, front & rear diffs, transfer case)

Grease upper/lower ball joints & tie rod ends

Replace air filter

Alignment

Inspect serpentine belt (replaced in the past 20k miles)

Replace pcv valve

Work in the last 10k miles was new upper/lower control arms, new inner/outer tie rods, new brakes and rotors, new bilstein coilovers and shocks, new rear control arms and new panhard bar.

What else would you all recommend inspecting or replacing? Any input on the NGK laser iridium vs the NGK ruthenium?

Thanks for any input!

I'd consider applying some oil or gear lube to the lower intermediate shaft U-joints. Rotate the steering wheel lock to lock (tk on jackstands) several time. Re-oil (gear lube even better) then repeat. Working a little lube in there might keep the grease from drying out and help that lower joint last longer. The aftermarket shafts are not very good generally. This is probably more important for guys in the salty north ...than AZ.

You might inspect your tk's wheel bearings, and lift up/down on the rear wheels. See if there's much up/down play on the rears.

Push the fuses down.... just in case.

Don't lube the door hinges. Chrysler uses crushed graphite and brass wire bushings. They'll fall apart if you oil them... so resist the temptation. I did that on a jeep and they wore out pretty quick.

Clean battery terminals (if needed)

I was going to say rustproofing ....but I see you're in AZ!! LOL

Shampoo carpets and upholstery (cloth), or apply leather conditioner (if leather)

You have a pretty good list already. Good job!!

You already upgraded coil packs? I don't know at this point seams like they do work, but of course your truck came with copper, and many guys don't like the interval, but everyone likes the performance of copper. Some guys say those packs should be upgraded, but again seams like guys are getting away with it. just keep in mind maybe a good idea to look at coil packs, especially if they are original?

Ruthenium plugs make NGK money hand over fist,as it's a cheaper plug to produce, stick with irridium if you're not going back with a copper plug

Good to know, thanks for the heads up. Was sort of wondering why only ngk seems to make ruthenium plugs but that would explain it

The coil packs are original and I've been running the laser iridium since the first plug change with no issues. I'm hesitant to mess with the coils unless I start having issues. At this point it's probably just a matter of time until one of them goes but I'll deal with that once it happens I think.
