2014 dodge ram 1500. Mds delete kit. Now wont start. Please help

2014 dodge ram 1500 5.7

230k. Had hemi tick. Bad mds lifter on cylinder 7. Replaced it with new lifters ( no mds) and put on caps to replace solenoids. After reassembling it it won't turn over. Link below for what's it doing.

Checked all coils with all new spark plugs everything fires. Checked fuel line and injectors all work fine.
