Hello all!, I'm new still not sure how this works so work with me a little lol. My 4th gen ram started having electrical problems, Christmas tree dash 35 plus codes etc. Replaced battery, had grounds checked and cleaned, tried another ignition, changed pcm fuse box?, under hood, traced what seemed to be the problem to a few wires coming from the ecm harness, the issues then moved to behind the intake once the harness was opened up. Removed the intake to pull the harness out to check further and found the harness that goes to the eco crap burnt and stuck up the block. Went to the dealer got a new one installed it, buttoned up the harness put the intake back on now the truck has multiple misfires and rich and lean codes. Replaced intake gaskets checked with carb cleaner no vacuum leaks? The truck would run fine before just get all glitchy, now it'll start up, idle down after a few minutes then want to die. I get to a stop have to shut it down them start back up at take off runs fine then gets sluggish if u try to power through it it'll clear up run fine lots of power, then let off the throttle then boom right back to wanting to die. I've unplugged the harness i bought thinking maybe it was the wrong one but it runs worse. I've had a few mechanics look at it and no one can explain it. The stealer ship wants me to get a new engine at 10k, not gonna happen. I'm trying to get this figured out, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

So just in case anyone may experience similar issues. My christmas tree issue and truck shutting down was due to the harness under the intake being hardened and shorting out! Also the running issue was my fault during the reinstallation process I crossed the O2 sensor harness and plugged them in backwards! Now my truck is running like new again! Besides the hemi tick which will now be taken care of in the very near future!
