The only thing i want to pay mind to is my back up camera. I never had one until I had this truck and it's so nice I wouldn't wanna lose the functionality of that. Other than that I really am considering one if these.

The swing away one looks pretty nifty. Definitely like how it is more compact compared to the Wilco version

Only issue I see with the one pictured is when it drops down it would be right in you way of loading stuff in to the bed, and heavy to pick up every time to relatch
Was thinking about that and yes that will be an issue, i can only imagine the wife cursing if she has to drive the truck to Home Depot and load couple of items back there :)
At least the swing away will be a lot more friendly in that regards, and this is still cheaper than the Wilco Hitchgate and the Rigd Supply Ultraswing, Man i'm thinking about perhaps selling the wife Silverado and buying a damn 4Runner... everytime i want to come up with ideas to add to the truck i just check the 4runner or the Tacoma forums and boom, there is always something hahahahaha.

To hell with the tire carrier for now, you guys will make me file chapter 13 one of this days :)
Just ordered the ICI Thophy bumper, thanks to @bruiserRAM for pointing out a 40% off deal ICI is running this month.

Oh DANG!!! Can't wait to see it installed! Gah. More light options for the Trophy than the Baja and a better price, but I like the look of the Baja better I think? Hard choices! I have 12 days left to decide!

Just pull the trigger brother! Lights are a fun problem to have, but that bumper sure would look SO GOOD hint hint

Ordered Barricade Extreme HD rear bumper without the leds, so i'll just grab a couple of pod lights from Amazon for about $30 or so and save some buckos right there :)
Excited to see this setup!

So looking at the video from the truck that has been part of an inspiration for my build all this time i've never bothered to look at how this dude was actually running hyd cans in the front of his RAM and they're hammering the front LCA's.

And found out how they did.. more or less
http://www.fourwheeler.com/project-vehicles/131-0904-2009-dodge-ram-suspension-upgrades/

In the front we used some Poly Performance air-bump cans and mounted them with custom Edelbrock gussets.

Day 13
In addition to the coilover shock, we also went to Blitzkreig Motorsports and had a fabricated upper A-arm built. The upper arm is fitted with a uniball joint to allow for more wheel travel by not binding as quickly as the factory upper ball joint. In fact, we now have the ability to get more wheel travel than the factory axleshafts can handle, but that is a part we'll look to upgrade down the road when we break them.

Day 15
We welded the brackets to the frame so that the lower aluminum A-arm would hit the air bump during hard compression. We were worried about the aluminum A-arm, but Dodge engineers explained that the arm is a forged-aluminum piece and should be very strong. If we ever have issues, we'll most likely work with Blitzkrieg to make a fabricated lower A-arm similar to the upper.

37s!!! Any plans to re-gear the diffs?
Not yet, i'm on 3.92's that's why i haven't decided to fully embraced them. I have to contact Mobile Gear and see what they have to say about the RAM diff upgrade. they do the work for shops like Rebel offroad and others and can come to your house, still way cheaper than the local offroad shop. They charged me 1k OTD to change my JKU front/rear gears with parts and labor, and they did the job in about 2-3 hours right in my garage.
