I'm pulling the trigger on a 2"(2.5"?) level kit and picking up some new tires/rims to go with it.
Just had a couple of quick questions that I couldn't get a clear answer on reading for the past few weeks
The truck. 2015 stock 1500 Crew Cab (Express) with the 20'' non-chrome wheels.

Going to put a RC 2" leveling kit on and wondering about fitment.

Rims are 20x9 18 offset

Tires....
I was going with 33/12.5 at first, but upon reading... Can I fit a 35x12.5 in there? I don't go off pavement at all so I would think that makes a difference in the answer.

I'd post links to the rims/tires but don't know if that's allowed...

There are better alternatives to rough country that will give you issues (squeaks creeks, etc)
I send you a PM

You'll more likely need wheel spacers to fit a 35x12.5x20 with 20x9 +18 wheels. Nothing to do with offroading or not. you'll likely rub the UCA's or front sway bar. You may clear with 35x11.5x20. Go with 17" or 18" wheels and tires, with -12 or 0 offset. More wheel/tire selection, better prices, less weight. Win-win.

I leveled mine & have 35’s x12.5 + 1 offset, I ended up adding 1” spacers, I was rubbing on uca’s at full lock. I recently went to Quick-Shifters shop to upgrade my rear suspension, he is a true professional with a awesome shop, you should definitely contact him. His knowledge & experience with our trucks was extremely helpful for me getting my truck set up!F4815E5D-7C15-4759-AA2B-FEE0BD75462E.jpeg

I forgot I added a 1.5” body lift but was only rubbing on uca at full lock not on fender

I have a 2016 and installed the RC 2.5" lift. Only went up one step on tires (285/70/17 - roughly 33")and still have plenty of room.
Top pic is stock (275/70/17)
