2016 PW problems??

Hey guys I'm new to the forum, I recently purchased a 2016 pw and love the truck. Just order some nice 37" tires to fill in the wheel wells a bit. But I have been having lots of problems. From the coolant hose being twisted so bad the coolant would barely flow to being stuck in a 4th "gear limp" mode. It only has 6k miles and has been to the dealer twice! Dealer is currently trying to fix the issues but will not give me a loaner vehicle. Needles to say I'm not to impressed.. makes me wish I wouldn't have sold my Silverado. Anyone else experiencing problems with their pw???

You're 6k miles into a new vehicle. There will be issues, that's why it comes with a warranty. It sounds like you're having dealership problems if they need to keep your truck for warranty service and are refusing to provide a loaner vehicle. Call FCA and let them know what's going on.

If the dealer has to keep your vehicle the warranty specifically states they are to provide you with a vehicle.

My 2014 was in the dealer's service bay for almost a month. You're damn right they gave me a loaner the day they figured out they were going to have to keep it.

I asked the same question.. called the dealership and they claimed it came from the factory that way. When I figure out how to upload pics I will post it.

Dealer found the problem today, only problem is the replacement part... there is exactly zero in the United States... dealer said minimum 2 week wait.
