No problems with 9s or 10s. Stock offset is +19. So. If you go 9 s at +18 you are essentially stock. 10s at +10 offset is essentially stock, anything negative is pushing the wheel toward the outside of the fender .
I would want to stay as much towards positive as possible, with a zero offset being my max comfort. Otherwise you get into potential rub on fender or bumper.
I have a friend in Detroit who has a 11 lowered RT that runs 1 inch spacers on stock RT 22s. A 1 inch spacer is 25.4 mm, the stock RT wheel is a + 19, so he is (19-25.4) a negative 6.4mm. He has to run a 31 inch tire to not rub. My point the more negative you go, you should think about adjusting tire size to smaller unless you know it will not rub.
So 9 inch wheels at +10 offset will fit just fine
