I was looking under the truck and I found this it must be hitting here still but only sometimes I guess

It looks like the sway bar hits the bolt for that track bar thing

If you redrill the hole on the frame side, you can get rid of that trouble prone bracket.

My 14 RT did the same thing. I had to remove the bolt, by taking the sway link down then raising the truck on the jack to allow access then put the bolt in from the other direction then reassemble everything. The bolt is too long and that is what is hitting. I also replaced the bracket holding the swaybar bushing and the bushing as mine had torn the bushing in half.

cool i will try this

If you're getting 20s, 255 60 20 tires 32. inches tall. If you getting 22s. 285 45 22 which is 32 inches tall. If you don't want occasional rubbing in the front, 285 40 22 which is 31 inches tall

I run 285 45 22 in the rear and 285 40 22 in the front. Does require a bit of work with alpaobd to adjust tire size front and rear or over 125 mph it will set an out of speed code and turn cruise control off and set a check engine light.

If you're really concerned about rubbing you could drop to a 245 60 20 which is 31.5 inches tall. Your call

No problems with 9s or 10s. Stock offset is +19. So. If you go 9 s at +18 you are essentially stock. 10s at +10 offset is essentially stock, anything negative is pushing the wheel toward the outside of the fender .

I would want to stay as much towards positive as possible, with a zero offset being my max comfort. Otherwise you get into potential rub on fender or bumper.

I have a friend in Detroit who has a 11 lowered RT that runs 1 inch spacers on stock RT 22s. A 1 inch spacer is 25.4 mm, the stock RT wheel is a + 19, so he is (19-25.4) a negative 6.4mm. He has to run a 31 inch tire to not rub. My point the more negative you go, you should think about adjusting tire size to smaller unless you know it will not rub.

So 9 inch wheels at +10 offset will fit just fine

Those wheels you have listed, I'd go this

20" diameter - 20X10 12mm offset - 5X139.7 bolt pattern

Not a big fan of gold but your $$, your truck.

The 20 x 9.5 positive 10 will work
Tires will fit, make certain you are good with size

yeah sometimes they look cringe but ive had dozens of different cars and trucks and a lot of them had black wheels

what do you mean i'm good with the size?

i don't want it to look worse than it does now, as far as the way the wheels and tires fit, not necessarily the color/wheel size

A 295/45R20 tire has an overall diameter of 30.45 inches and a width of 11.61 inches.

This is what I mean, is this what you want from a size standpoint. No worries on my part.

This is my RT with 32s in the rear 31s in the front.

Tires compress slightly once weight is on them

You're fine. Tires are expensive just make certain they are what you want from a height standpoint.
