Anyone with a Cummins ever have the drive pulley separate from the crankshaft? Dealer worked on the cover 8 months ago but claims the separation was not their fault. Whole lower engine , crankshaft has to be replaced. Only 93000 miles on the engine.

Never heard of that happening before, I'd say it is their fault...
You might want to post this in the Heavy Duty section though....

I've seen harmonic balancers come apart before, which took the drive pulley off. I've never seen it require the entire lower portion of the motor need to be replaced though.

I had the harmonic balancers come off a 350 Cummins years ago, the engine at the time was turning around 2100 RPM and I can tell you all they did patch the holes in the radiator & put a new harmonic balancers on and away we I went so am surprised they say you need a new crank
