Afternoon ya'll,

So I have a 2019 Classic Big Horn. I'm looking to do a bit of an exhaust upgrade. I don't want it obnoxious, but I do want it to really feel like a Hemi when I give it some gas. I'm curious on ya'll opinion though. I've heard mixed reports.

What difference will I see between doing just a muffler swap like the Flow master 717847 Direct-fit Muffler 409S, and a full cat back exhaust replacement?

I did a mbrp cat back on mine with with the “louder than stock but not aggressive” wanted the deep sound at idle & louder when you get on it, been very happy with but I also added some 5” tips. Lots of members have added mufflers to the stock exhaust with good results. Either way I would contact Nick @ Gotexhaust a vender on this forum & was a big help to me with info & great pricing4619792B-8754-40D4-917B-F6138FD36BCD.jpeg

I recently did an aeroturbine on mine. Not terribly loud inside but decently aggressive outside. Ill get a video next week

I installed an 18" Magnaflow Mufflex and a Magnaflow Y Pipe (Stock Y Pipe is very restrictive). 15-20 HP increase, gained about 2 MPH on the highway, and the sound is more aggressive but not obnoxious. 24" Mufflex is a little more aggressive than stock, and a 14" was a bit too much for me. 18" was perfect.
