2019 PW Winch Clutch Handle AWOL

Hey Folks, New to me owner of a 2019 PW, I'm looking for a winch clutch handle. These seem to be unavailable from Warn or Mopar. I'm attaching a pic of what I currently have and I'm hoping for some pics or help designing a new handle to engage the clutch for the Zeon 12s on the truck.

I'm going to get in there with a pair of vice grips and try to see which part of that post actuates the clutch then I can start the milling and welding process
