I bought a new 2025 Ram Tungsten in March 2025. 2 weeks later it had intermittent connectivity issues, Uconnect... it would lose safety features. I left it a week while out of town and they couldn't duplicate. 3 service visits almost a month and it's fixed, almost, Uconnect failed again but problem went away overnight. They tore a lot apart and now the dash rattles behind the screen, and they can't find or fix it. There was a rattle under the engine area and they determined it was turbo related, 2 weeks in the shop they decided the 2nd turbo needed to be replaced with 4000 miles on it. Now the Sea Salt seats are failing from the inside of the leather. Every bottom seat has tacky spots that look like oil spots, they are not. Dodge approved replacing all the seat bottoms... I cant imagine how they will look after local seat replacement. This is a super nice truck, fast, quiet, smooth, car like drive, but it has glitches and serious and expensive needed repairs. Way too much time in the shop.

That sucks, sorry you're dealing with it. Ram QC has been on a downhill slope for years, and it accelerated with the 2025s. If you get a good one, nice. If you get a :dancingpoop:, and you did, then it's an ongoing fight to remedy. I don't have any good advice for you other than watch to see if you qualify for a lemon law return.

as i documented on another thread i traded my 2025 Tungsten in on a new Silverado about a month ago. you have more patience than i do. i've never been so happy to be rid of a vehicle (the Tungsten).

i had a great long 11 run with my 2014 RAM but this 5 month experience with the Tungsten left a bad taste.

Good luck and I hope you find a resolution that doesn't have you worried or stressed daily. You should be able to enjoy your truck. Whatever it is.

Sounds like time to trade it in. However, I guess if you try to dump the thing on another Ford or Chevy dealer all that stuff is going to pop up when they run a Car Fax and they may not want to touch it. The Lemon Law may be you only real choice.

Good on you for documenting it all. Sounds like a lemon law candidate.
