JustAwomen, thank you for your information. Now that is a helpful post. That is definitely something that I may try. Do you happen to know the fuel fitting size of the "red" end? I've ordered some different sized fittings hoping one will be the right size. Thanks again for your information and hopefully your check engine light stays off.

I'm in the same boat as you Steve. I have been reading through this thread and many others trying to find a solution for the 4.7 pressure switch. I thought I had the right sensor but am at the same spot as you now. The red connector for the part I bought it is too large for the fuel rail. I ended up spraying a ton of fuel before I figured it out because it actually ran but not well. Once I got out I saw the gas spraying, shut it down and went back out to the net to see if I can adapt my part.

Did you get your fittings in and have you tried any of them?

Sorry that it has taken me so long to reply. I did order some fittings, however I haven't tried them yet. My truck seems to be running good and I've just had to get used to the check engine light being on constantly. I'm still searching online with the hope that there has to be an aftermarket sensor that will fit our trucks without having to rig something up, but so far no luck. If you have any luck finding someone who makes them, please let me know.

I went the route less preferred, but it was the only option available and so far, so good. I bought this "2013-2014 Ram 1500 Mopar Fuel Pressure Sensor 68210332AA" and it was confirmed to be compatible with the truck by a dealer. However, that's not exactly the case! The blue fitting is perfect but the red fitting is larger than stock just like someone else pointed out. There was no way to remove the hose from the original connector without cutting it. I tried to heat it, that just caused the material to bubble, stretch and a create a hole. I went to the part store and bought fuel line hose clamps and fuel hose rated for 250psi and rebuilt the sensor to match what I needed. The light is out and so far it's working. Hopefully it stay that way because there is no hope for an actual replacement to become available.

I just wanted to post my solution for the 4.7l Fuel Sensor. I found that the 5.7l sensor is the same except for one connector. I saw others has posted about it but I wanted to submit a write up with step by step how I did it. No hose clamps needed. In fairness, I saw someone had a video if this and I just copied what he did. Posted for all the suffering 4.7l owners out there. This was a solution after more than a year of searching.
