Not much of a fan of the easy way. Everyone does the easy way I like to be different.

If I were to do the "easy way" I'd do a turbo since that seems rare on these trucks

Doing it N/A isn’t really all that different, lots of guys out there doing n/a builds with lots of power. Blower is a great option, plus it’s easily reversible if you decide to sell the truck.

Hey Tach_tech
Does your supercharged Ram get much use in the winter?
I’ve always wondered how the head unit would handle significant below 0* starts
Always in the back of my mind when considering the practical, daily-driver differences between a NA and forced induction build

It’s my daily so it gets driven all the time. This is its second winter, no issues in the cold so far, and it’s been down to -40C both this year and last year here.

I don’t really beat on it that much at all during the winter, just spins everywhere lol. All though the cold temperatures bump up the boost a bit, usually makes about 8lbs. The other day I had to get on it a bit, was about -10C and it made 10lbs.

Thanks for the info, especially from a guy using it as his daily in Canada during winter
Icy roads definitely put a damper on wanting to get on it...

It made right on 500whp on the dyno. I haven’t had it on a track yet unfortunately.

It has forged rods and pistons now, after a bad tune blew the first motor. Only other thing is a magnaflow cat back.
