Yesterday I added the bilstein adjustable shocks to my truck and it looks great and I even tried out the 4x4 and it seemed to be engaged but I hear that a lot of people get issues with their 4x4 after a leveling kit is installed. Should I be worried about these problems or does that only happen with the strut and coil spacer kits?

You'll be fine the issues after a level are mainly 2013+ 4x4 s . Your profile says 2009.

What hight did you set your bilsteins to ?

Pictures or it didn't happen

Most all of the issues with leveling kits that I have seen have been with people installing spacers not the Bilsteins. Also as RLK stated most of the issues were with the 13 and up trucks. I have had Bilsteins set at 2.1 in my 14 for about two years and have had zero issues. You should have no problems at all.
