730n displays only 3/4 of the screen

2011 ram 1500 longhorn with 730n radio, when headlight are off the radio is displaying ok no issues.


When the light come on either in auto setting or switching lights on then radio dims and the screen only displays 3/4 of the screen.
But all the touch senors on the screen are still in there original location.

Have you seen this and is there a fix?

Have you verified that your dimmer switch is fully up? Turn all the way up so interior lights come on and then back off 1 click. Hard to tell from pictures what is really going on but may be my eyes.

Yes done that also got to full on full screen, go to just past that on the dimmer and 3/4 of the screen,
