Adding a dual exhaust on an 07 1500 hemi

I've posted a few threads on this already, but now I'm getting serious about this... I'm ready to buy. So the single exhaust on the 5.7 has a muffler and then a resonator about a foot or 2 away from the tailpipe. My question is, because I dont want much drone, and I have the Magnaflow 12388, single in dual out, do I keep the pipe with the resonator on the one side and just leave it straight from the muffler back on the new pipe on the left side? Or would it be better to remove the resonator altogether and add the left pipe so neither pipe has a resonator and just use the Magnaflow 12388 with dual tailpipes? Tough decision...
