Adding OEM Remote Start

Good morning!

I was wondering if any of the Canadian members (Toronto specifically) on here have added the Mopar remote start kit to their trucks. The kits from the dealer are $419+tax CAD but luckily I have a friend who will be on vacation next week in Tampa Bay who can pick one up. They’re about $225-250 USD. Once the install has been completed the dealer needs to flash the truck and program the new key fobs. Has anyone had any luck doing this up here or would it be easier to get one those aftermarket flash logic kits that start by pressing the lock button three times?

I need urgent help please. I removed the OEM remote start without disabling anything in the bcm and my truck would not start no dash lights nothing. I re installed the remote start and still nothing after locking my doors with the door switch now my alarm is going off if my batteries are hooked up and I cannot turn it off because my key fobs will not work either. Any ideas??
