I have a 2014 ram 1500.. I take it on the beach atleast one day a week. I leased the truck back in april .

Whats the best way to clean it when i return. I usually just spray the undercarriage off with the hose.

Also i don't want the exhaust tips to rust.. how can i clean and put a protectant or something on them?

I always wash down the undercarriage. If I have time I'll spray down most of the truck just to get the salt and sand off. I call it my quick wash.

I'd spray down most of the truck but wouldn't be too concerned with it....it is a lease thats going to get turned in. Not something your planning on keeping for 10 years

Some of the car washes around the beach area in Corpus Christi have an "undercarriage" wash only. There are some sprayers that just spray under your vehicle. You might look for something like that.

Do what I used to do with the Jeep after a day in the mud - put a small sprinkler underneath your truck until your satisfied!

I did this the other day after a day at the beach. I was able to unload the bed of the truck while the sprinkler was spraying the undercarriage.
