Must be a communication error in my opinion between the two. Would a canbus reset help? Infotainment said to give that a try, your thoughts?

No I have had several radios. I had a 13, 14, 15 and a 16 and they have all worked fine. If there is any problem it's most likely the speedometer.Maybe the key is to have a 16’ or newer radio???
They say a canbus reset is close doors disconnect the battery, touch the neg and post together for 15 secs. Let sit for 20 mins, then reconnect and let sit another 15 mins, resets the truck...If you're asking me I'm not sure what a CANBUS reset is but disconnecting power resets everything...

Good to know. You can give it a try. I'll PM you my original backup of my settings before changing anything in Alfa for my 2014 Express. Maybe you can bounce it off your settings to see if something sticks out...They say a canbus reset is close doors disconnect the battery, touch the neg and post together for 15 secs. Yes, I'll go out and take a pic..Can you post a picture of what the radio setting screen with the turn by turn looks like on your radio so I can compare it to mine...
There are apps out there you can use to compare the text to your own. A free code compare tool should do the trick I think.Hey I got it! Thank you! A lot to compare, I'll go bug eyed going over all this! Lol
Are you asking about a specific menu in the radio or the cluster? If radio I currently have a newer UAS without NAV installed but I can check in a couple days when I replace the touchscreen with my RA4.Can you post a picture of what the radio setting screen with the turn by turn looks like on your radio so I can compare it to mine...
