If you're asking me I'm not sure what a CANBUS reset is but disconnecting power resets everything...

Disconnected the battery for a hour did not make a difference..

Maybe the key is to have a 16’ or newer radio???

No I have had several radios. I had a 13, 14, 15 and a 16 and they have all worked fine. If there is any problem it's most likely the speedometer.

They say a canbus reset is close doors disconnect the battery,touch the neg and post together for 15 secs. Let sit for 20 mins, then reconnect and let sit another 15 mins, resets the truck...

I did a speedo self check test, come back good

Good to know. You can give it a try. I'll PM you my original backup of my settings before changing anything in Alfa for my 2014 Express. Maybe you can bounce it off your settings to see if something sticks out...

Does your evic show nav pop up turn by turn in the menu setting area like ,display fuel saver, lights on with wiper etc..
?

Well then, I’m all out of ideas.... hahaha!!! I’ll have to try it again this weekend, but I’ll upgrade my AlfaOBD to see if that has any effect.

I have a 2014 RA4 and a 2014 premium cluster both added after the fact and turn by turn works in the cluster.

There are apps out there you can use to compare the text to your own. A free code compare tool should do the trick I think.

Are you asking about a specific menu in the radio or the cluster? If radio I currently have a newer UAS without NAV installed but I can check in a couple days when I replace the touchscreen with my RA4.

If you mean the settings in the EVIC, I was never able to get them to appear in the cluster. Maybe that's the difference?
