Well sounds like I need to get this cable for sure then is it the same unlock cable you use to delete a diesel? You will need it to make changes to your truck. Contact @DeereGuy, he makes them, they cost $50.
Usually the next year model's start being sold mid year of the prior year. So 2018's start selling mid 2017 unless there is a body style change then it's pushed back.

Where did you get the unlock cable and is it the same one we use to tune a diesel truck?I do have the Cable. Changed the BCM settings to HID's. Previously TPMS Lowered and DRL's Activated. Set all back to stock.

From Deer Guy as previously posted. It's not actually an unlock cable it's a security bypass cable for the 2018 Rams. You cannot make changes to the 2018 Rams without it.Where did you get the unlock cable and is it the same one we use to tune a diesel truck?

Awesome I'm looking at the page right now I'll be ordering in a few minutes.. I need it for a final project in my electronics engineering course.Just sent you a PM.
I am going to check that out.. i think it may be that LIN & Misc: Smart Beam Present (AHBM) that I missed. I've let it sleep for a while and it still hasn't changed back to single HVACTo start with the simple things:
Did you let the truck sleep after turning the settings off?
How are you trying to clear the code? Alpha will only clear codes from the module you are presently connected to, unlike a scan tool which can clear codes in all modules with one command.
These are the settings for turning it off, can you double check all of these?
Vehicle Configuration 1: Auto Highbeam
Select “no”
LIN & Misc: Smart Beam Present (AHBM)
Select “no"
2014 CBC I/O & Features: Auto High Beam Module Location
Select “None"
Customer Service Menus: Auto High Beam CSM
Select “no”
Vehicle Configuration 3: Interior EC Mirror Present
Select“no”
Note on the last one, if you have an auto-dim rear view mirror, don't turn this one off.
I don't think this is probable, but the code isn't listed as a "Permanent" code, is it? Those only turn off with time once the computer decides they are fixed, same as some emissions and can-bus codes.

Makes sense...Thanks...No, there is not. It's considered a safety feature of the system.
