I have a 2013 4 wheel drive, i installed bilsteins a couple of years ago, i noticed this a couple days ago, its both strut mounts, im guessing they are worn out after 123000 miles. I have jacked the front up amd loosened the top bolts and tried to recenter them but they move back over when the jack is removed. Any other ideas before I decide to replace them. 1bafcedec875f615513b1671bbc304ca.jpgaddc02a350666e3c4944819f65471ce1.jpg92191aef0eeddb5c293432bba632e05a.jpg

I have a 13 4wd as well and had the exact same problem less than a year after the bilsteins went in. The passenger side was worse than the drive so I pulled it out and replaced the mount. Driver side is about ready to be replaced now. But mine protruded above the top of the mount, by about an inch, on the passenger side. Dont know why or how, but I had the same problem.

Hard to tell but looks like they were installed incorrectly, that flat washer goes under the top mount not under the nut. That washer is to prevent the shaft from breaching the mount and pushing thru like yours did. The bilstein 5100's shaft is smaller dia than OEM so it requires that washer under the top mount per the instructions

these bilsteins were installed wrong and the strut pushed through. the washer doesn't go under the nut it goes on the strut rod first then the top hat goes on then the nut.
